		<description>i think you&#039;re on to something here; horns and fanfare don&#039;t need to accompany the departure of an old friend,  like a bad habit. in fact, i feel the likelihood of not returning to that bad habit is greater, if originally you broke it unintentionally - proves that you can do it. well done my friend.</description>
